Overview
The short version
Software for county jail operations. It covers booking, housing, movement, safety checks, court records and release. A command view sits on top, so leaders can see the whole system at a glance.
What the prototype shows
- The whole county at a glance. Population and capacity by facility, without names.
- Safety checks you can prove. Each required check is recorded with its time. A late check needs a reason and a supervisor's sign-off.
- Keep-separate orders. It flags when two people who must be kept apart end up in the same unit. The reasons stay private.
- Moving off an old system. Tools to read records from older mainframe systems and rehearse a switch-over before go-live.
- A chained audit log. Views and changes are logged, and the log can be checked for tampering.
What it is not
- Not a production system, and not a replacement for an established jail management system today.
- No live connections to state or county partner systems. They are simulated.
- No certifications or compliance claims.
Who it’s for
Sheriff’s departments and county corrections teams. Jail management vendors who want to add command and safety-check views to their own system.
